The room was clean. That was acceptable, i suppose.
The tv did not work during my entire stay. I told the staff multiple times. no one fixed it. I felt ignored. also, the hotel parking cost a lot.

The hotel was clean and quiet. I liked that. We rented bikes for a day. The bikes were in good condition. The metro station was also close by. The location offered good value.
The room felt small for a hotel of this type, something I noted immediately. There was no normal chair available in the room. Coffee was missing from the room. I did expect a more diverse breakfast.

Buses and the tram provide easy access to the city center. I found the hotel to be really quiet. While in the room, I hardly heard other guests which was nice.

The bar and eating area were modern. It created a fresh atmosphere. My room faced the main road. it remained very quiet. I appreciated that a lot.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our very late arrival time without issue. They helped us get the Nintendo emulator working in the kids' games room which was great, i appreciated the help.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they accommodated my very late arrival time. i found a nice cafe across the road (it had great coffee). the rooms are quiet and comfortable.
the food served in the bar at night was very poor. there were limited facilities in the room. i felt the room needed more attention to detail. the experience was underwhelming.
